Welcome to Healium Yoga + HIIT

We are so happy you're here! At our two Yoga Studios - Healium Hot Yoga, Healium Restore and Healium HIIT in Milwaukee - plus our newest Healium Hot Yoga studio in West Allis - we strive to offer our community a place that is full of light and laughter, where students of all fitness levels can come together to move, sweat, and feel good. We have classes that span the spectrum from Yin Yoga to Hot Power Hours to HIIT. We are here to help you achieve bliss however you like to get there!

ALL. THE. CLASSES.

Our mission is to offer our students a variety of classes that can enhance their health and well being taught by teachers that are passionate about yoga and fitness in an environment that is warm, welcoming, and free of judgment. We welcome you to try any and all of our many different classes.

If you like a physical challenge, the Hot Power Hour (at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View or West Allis) or some Healium HIIT might be right up your alley. If you crave something on the slower side with more meditation you might like the Yin or Slow Flow (at Healium Restore). With our four studio locations in Bay View and West Allis we are offering classes on both ends of the spectrum and even a little something in between!

Our classes are broken down into three different temperatures - HOT, GENTLY HEATED, and NOT HEATED.

All classes at Healium Restore are NOT HEATED.

Almost all classes at Healium Hot Yoga are GENTLY HEATED or HOT.

All classes at Healium HIIT are HOT.

“Comfortable, welcoming studio that offers a wide variety of yoga classes. They offer intense fitness-based classes and gentle Yin and Restorative classes too. If you want to try hot yoga but are unsure about how you'll respond to the heat, gently heated classes at Healium are an excellent option. I've always felt welcome and valued by the owner and all the instructors. I'm happy this place is in the neighborhood!”
